WIKA NATIN ANG DAANG MATUWID

          Even our President Benigno Simeon Aquino, Appriciating our own WIKA.During his SONA last July 22, 2013, he delivered his some opinions by using our wika, WIKANG FILIPINO. WIKA is the way to bring our life being simple and happy and also in our better future.
          Ang wikang Filipino ay kailangang tangkilikin at mahalin natin. Mahalaga rin itong pagaralan ng bawat indibidwal. Dito nahhubog ang ating kasanayan at kaasalan sa pagiging isang mabuting mamamayang Pilipino at humuhubog sa ating pagkatao. Ito rin ang nagpapatibay sa ating bansa na maging matatag at maunlad.
           Each individuals has a different ways in axpresing their thougths and feelings by using our WIKA in communicating with others. WIKA also help us ensure our knowledge, thou we are not using it sometimes, and we can not say WIKA is not important to our life, because we are using it to our daily life.

                MY REFLECTION

Dear Ma'am Evelyn;

                  Thank you for all your hard work this first grading period ma'am. And I enjoyed this grading period because I experience a lot of very challenging activities that we had. We hear all about the dynamic way you deliver lessons and encourage participation and are pleased that we your students is learning so much.

                  I loved your class from the start and never grew bored ma'am. You helped us get organized, motivated, and above all, interested in learning. I learned a lot and know you helped prepare me for the next grading period ma'am.

                 We know teachers like you are not easy to find. We appreciate your time, your patience, your ability to make our subject interesting, and your smile :) ma'am.

                 I wish I'd had a chance to say a proper thank you in person to you for being such a fantastic teacher ma'am. I had a terrific experience in your class ma'am.

                And you my fellow classmates thank you also for being a good friend to me, thank you because you and ma'am Evelyn are my inspiration to accomplish my activities for this grading period.

                Enjoy the rest of the school year ma'am. You're doing a fantastic!

Reaction: SONA 2013

President Benigno Aquino tackled many topics during his SONA last July 22, 2013, but what easily caught attention was the toughness he exhibited. He targeted 3 government for solding although he praised others.

This time, though he talk about going to the next level either the President was frustrated by his effort to straighten out of the government bureaucracy  or he was paying to the crowd. Because the truth is his anti corruption drive fast turning with to be dud.

The corruption to government bureaucracy are getting bolder one more because of the Aquino administrations failure to pinpoint them and more so to persecute those already found.

In this sense,the Aquino administrations cant be focusing only on their bureaucracy and play a blind eye to the politicians in its drive against corruption with out making ineffective  the entire effort.

“GUTOM AT MALNUTRISYON SAMA-SAMA NATING WAKASAN”

Every year, in the month of July, we are celebrating The Nutrition Month.The purposely to disseminate nutrition message to all Filipinos through a focal theme.

This is to raise awareness on the need for more action in addressing hunger. Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger.

MALNUTRISYON has shown to be an important concern in women, children, and the elderly. Because of pregnancies and breastfeeding, women have additional nutrient requirements. Children can be at risk for malnutrition even before birth, as their nutrition levels are directly tied to the nutrition of their mothers. Breastfeeding can reduce rates of malnutrition and mortality in children, and educational programs for mothers could have a large impact on these rates. The elderly have a large risk of malnutrition because of unique complications such as changes in appetite and energy level, and chewing and swallowing problems. Adequate elderly care is essential for preventing malnutrition, especially when the elderly cannot care for themselves. Malnutrition is technically a category of diseases that includes undernutrition, obesity and overweight, and micronutrient deficiency among others.

GUTOM is the physical sensation of desiring food. When politicians, relief workers and social scientists talk about people suffering from hunger, they usually refer to those who, for sustained periods, are unable to eat sufficient food to meet basic nutritional needs.

         Every individual needs a healthy body and mind to be able to perform our daily tasks in our daily lives perfectly and properly. Fruits and vegetables are very much important tone and all, this gives us vitamins, calcium and others good benefits. And to be able to have a healthy body, eat a nutritious foods as well as fruits and vegetables. exercise daily, balance diet and be a positive thinker.

Letter to the president

Dear Mr. President;

                It is my great pleasure and enthusiasm that I Jonathan A. Alves student of Ilocos National High School.

                I write you a simple letter, because some suggestions and concern about the one problem in our country, the Over Population, because our Population some of the people were suffering and some of them living in the squatter area.

                I just want to request that give them opportunity to work so that they can support their children/s in their studies and their every day needs in their life. And also they can have a better future and have peaceful life.

                Thank You Mr. President for reading my letter. And I hope that you have a concern for my simple letter.
